Accommodation

University of Glasgow’s Conference & Visitor Services

Accommodation will be arranged by the University of Glasgow Conference & Visitor Services (CVSO). Two types of accommodation are available :

UoG Queen Margaret Residences

Each room has its own WC & shower and access to a well equipped kitchen/dining area within the flat, and is fitted with a separate telephone and data points for Internet broadband connection (requires a RJ45 cable, which can be borrowed from Reception). Common facilities on site include a lounge area, free laundry facilities, security office and free off-street parking.

Hotels

Capita Travel and Events has been appointed by The University of Glasgow as the official accommodation agent for the the IEEE-PRIME 2015 event, 28th June – 2nd July 2015. We have negotiated discounted hotel prices and secured dedicated allocations to ensure maximum availability even at the busiest of periods.
