The IEEE PRIME 2015 Call for Papers is available for download in PDF format.
The IEEE PRIME 2015 Conference will accept only electronic submission of the paper(s) in PDF format.
An author can submit any number of papers; but the same speaker cannot present more than two papers. All authors presenting papers must be Ph. D. students. By Ph.D. student we mean a student who is working towards Ph.D. thesis or who has defended Ph.D. thesis prior to the paper submission deadline.
Any exception requires discussion with technical programme chair.
The maximum number of authors per paper is five. After the paper selection, authors will be informed of the decision of the Technical Program Committee by e-mail on or after April 27th, 2015. At the same time, the preliminary program will be published on the website.
The working language for the conference will be English, which will be used for all presentations and printed material.
The submission process has two stages:
Authors should submit their four-page paper(s) online. Papers must not exceed four A4 pages with all illustrations and references included. The size of the PDF files submitted should not exceed 2 MB. Authors should prepare the manuscript according to IEEE templates. The paper(s) should be created in PDF format and MUST be verified for IEEE compliance before submission using IEEE PDF eXpress™ as per the instructions below. Papers that are not IEEE compliant will not be reviewed.
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress™ site. First-time users should do the following:
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Enter the title of your manuscript and upload the source manuscript/document to the PDF eXpress website as per instructions in that site.
You will receive the Certified PDF via the registered e-mail ID or you can download it from the PDF eXpress website. Upload this PDF in the conference submission portal.
Access the Publications Support Center for IEEE PDF eXpress. If you do not find an answer in the Find Answers tab, go to the Ask A Question tab. Your question will be forwarded to IEEE PDF Support and will be answered within 3 business days.
Please note even after checking with IEEE PDF eXpress™ the paper is NOT submitted yet. Authors have to upload the certified PDF file approved by IEEE PDF eXpress™ through the on-line submission system. The paper submission site is open until the 27th of March.
Please double check the information that you provide during electronic submission:
Papers submitted for review must clearly state:
The degree to which the paper deals with these issues will affect whether the paper is selected. The most frequent cause of rejection of submitted papers is lack of new results. Only work that has not been previously published at the time of the Conference will be considered. Submission of a paper for review and subsequent acceptance is considered by the Committee as an agreement that the work will not be placed in the public domain prior to the Conference. The quality of the conference will be guaranteed by a thoroughly selected Technical Program Committee, which will provide feedback to the authors. Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.
The first author/presenter of each paper must be a student. Based on the reviewer’s and the awards-committee's evaluation top 30 papers will be awarded as follows:
