This code has been developed by Andrew L. Reynolds in the University of Glasgow. This code formulates part of the submission for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy for Andrew L. Reynolds, under the supervision of Professor John Arnold. Utilization of this code stipulates that any resultant publication or usage of results will acknowledge Andrew L. Reynolds, the Photonic Band Gap Materials Research Group within the Optoelectronics Research Group of the Department of Electronics & Electrical Engineering, the University of Glasgow and the transfer matrix method, T.M.M., and the initial program originators from Imperial College, London, Professor J.B. Pendry, Professor P.M. Bell, Dr. A.J. Ward and Dr. L. Martin Moreno.

The interests of the original developers at Imperial College are in no way prejudiced with  respect to independent development and circulation of their own code by this licence.
