In all our research, we utilise the "virtuous cycle" of the Nanoelectronics Research Centre in the Department including:

  • Physics-based device modelling
  • Molecular Beam Epitaxy and Advanced Material Characterisation
  • Electron Beam Lithography
  • Selective, damage free dry etching
  • On-wafer millimetre-wave test and measurement
